2. Information about your transactions with us, our affiliates or others
3. Information we receive from outside agencies, such as a consumer reporting agency or real estate appraiser.
4. Information we receive when verifying what you have provided to us on your application, such as current and past employment and institutions where you have conducted financial transactions.
Snowbird Mortgage does not share any nonpublic information about you with anyone except as authorized by you and required to determine your eligibility for a mortgage loan or as otherwise required by law. We may disclose the following kinds of nonpublic personal financial information about you:

2. Information about your transactions with us, our affiliates or others, such as your account balances and payment history

Your nonpublic personal information may also be shared with prospective secondary market purchasers of your mortgage loan and with companies who service your loan.
